RIGHT AGE FOR SEX

Young people should take part in the sexual act only after attaining maturity. Children and very old persons are disqualified for indulging in sexual intercourse.
There is no fragrance in a bud. Fragrance appears only when the flower blossoms. Similar phenomenon takes place in the case of living beings. Persons desirous of longevity should not indulge in sexual intercourse with women before the age of sixteen years. A young not indulge in sexual intercourse with women before the age of sixteen years. A young boy of very tender age does not possess all the tissue elements in their matured form. If he enters into sex act with a woman, his body gets dried up like a pond having little water.
Vigorous sexual acts are forbidden after the age of seventy years. A piece of wood which is dried and shriveled gets broken immediately by a little pressure of touch. Similarly, indiscriminate sexual intercourse with a woman decays the body of an old man. With the passage of years, the sexual impulse becomes less powerful and is more readily quenched by other emotions and circumstances.

Growth Medium.

Afsluttende Projekt for Væksthusgartnerelev Bihrmann. Vilvorde/RTS 2009

Since I did not have access to the original gravel mixture from Namib Desert at

the start and also not sure it's optimal, I have chosen to try different media, based

on the airy structure traditionally used for this plant.

In nature, the capillarity structure less important, as much fluid intake comes from

morning dew, and the plant does not absorb much if any liquid from the ground.

Even when it rains, there will not be in a volume that can saturate the soil

thoroughly.

Although I shall attempt in fog chamber, I waters. Both because it seems to be

important for small plants in the wild, it should promote growth, and it is a way to

add nutrition. That means the available quantity of water is essential, but the

medium water-holding pores hardly need to be top of the normal 20-30% of pore

volume, since it can suffocate the roots of a desert plant.

As to be taken into account nutrient will be the addition of 2% clay in all media,

whose negative-charged colloids bind the positively charged nutrient ions. This is

these drugs available to the plant and leaching avoided.

Since culture is running for a long time, and a translocation is unnecessary

because of the plant's slow growth, it is important to the growth medium is the

structure stable.

Pore Volume.

When I at the start had no information about the natural habitats pore volume, I

have chosen medias, which I suspect is within the framework of the realistic.

Subsequent analysis of the Namibian soil has shown that (not surprisingly) there

are significantly fewer large pores in the wild. As the small plants I am dealing with

the culture seemed to prefer more humid conditions than those exposed to the

wild, it means they usefully can be grown in a more 'loose' media than they

originally found in. In order to avoid rot and provide good ventilation from the roots,

the medium might be well ventilated. Experiments conducted in Namib desert

(Annex 7) showed pores volume fluctuated between 0% -11% large, 17% - 33%

medium, but we must

SIX PRINCIPLES OF CONVINCING/PROGRAMMING THE SUBCONSCIOUS

1) Repetition 2) Identification 3) Authority

4) Intense Emotion 5) Hypnosis 6)Hypno Meditation (HM)

Repetition is improtant to influence the subconscious. Practicing is an example of using repetition to implant material into the subconscious persist with your suggestions over and over again with quietness but determination until you have a sense of completeness. It is time consuming.

Identificatoin :- likewise takes time. You tend to become like the people with whom, you identify. Therefore, choose to identify with the winners. See yourself as a valued colleague of the people you admire. See them applauding you. Start thinking of yourself as already successful in the field to which you aspire.

Authority :-may work faster depending on the degree of belief in that authortiy and emotional concomitants.

Intense emotion :- can influence your subconsious immediately.

One intense experience can can have permanent effect. For example, a child bitten by a dog can become fearful of all dogs.

Strong emotional attractions will attract whatever you love, hate or fear. Calm and relaxed attitudes have the ability to attract or release according to our intention.

Hypnosis is not fast but it can be induced at will to produce predetermined results. The only problem with hypnosis is that you need a hypnotist (the operator) to work on you (the subject)

With active Hypno-Meditation, you can achieve the same result as with hypnosis or better, that too, all by yourself. You can combine some of he aforementioned methods/principles with Hypno-Meditation for powerful and fast results.

Parents, teachers, religious figures, leaders and doctors, have the ability to influence your subconsious because of the factors of identification, authority repettion and possibly also that of intense emotion. It is now recognized that words spoken in the delivery or operating room affect the subconsious mind.

MEDITATION

MIND

Mind can be defined as an ability of a person to be aware or conscious of things and to think and reason; a person’s attention, remembrance, intention, or opinion and sanity.

In modern times Sigmund Freud, 1856-1939, the Austrian founder of psychoanalysis, advanced our knowledge tremendously with his research into mind processes and with his psychoanalytic concepts. He believed that the mind as a whole consists of three main divisions-the Ego, the Superego and the Id. Our awareness, the part with which we think and reason, he called Ego. The ego is the more conscious of the world and of itself (that is, it is mostly self-conscious) and is the part of the psyche which tests reality. The ego develops when the child becomes aware of the difference between “self” and things, which are not self”. Another part, best thought of as partly conscious, he termed the Superego. The superego is the “conscience” made up of the internalized taboos, prohibitions and moral restraints imposed by parents and society. These parental and societal inhibitions are instilled in childhood and remain largely unconscious. Below consciousness is a part, which he called the Id, this being the seat of our memory and basic instincts. The id is the sum total of our primitive drives and urges of one’s nature. The id is completely unconscious its energy is called “libido” and is governed by the “pleasure principle”. These three concepts, ego, superego and id, form the structure of the psyche according to Freud. To simplify and summarize: the id says. “Do it now!” the Ego says, “Not now. This is not the appropriate time and place to do it”, and the Superego says, “Don’t do it at all – ever! It’s evil and wrong to do it under any circumstances”.

Later Freud theorized as to a fourth part lying between the id and the ego, just below the level of consciousness, calling it the Preconscious. Experiences, which once were conscious but now are imperfectly consciousness and unconsciousness known as the preconscious. A memory is preconscious when we say, “I know it but I can’t recall it to my memory”.

The superego is not just partly conscious and conscience but is the most spiritual part of the mind. He termed it the super conscious mind.

PULSE DIAGNOSIS (NAADI PARIKSHA)

Beyond your cells, tissues, and organs, there is an abundance of activity you are not aware of! It forms complex patterns and is important to your existence and can be perceived through the sense of touch. It is your Naadi or the pulse!

If any Ayurvedic doctor, just by touching your wrist, reels off about your chronic pain or abnormalities in blood sugar and disgestion or heart murmurs or kidney failure or peptic ulcer… all without prior knowledge, do not attribute any extra-sensory perception or amazing occult power to him. It is just an interpretion of a profound theory, the naadi tatvam!

MODERN VIEW

The pulse is the pressure wave you can feel as the pumping heart pushes the blood through the arteries. According to modern medical science, the pulse gives an indicaton of the rate and pressure at which the heart is beating from the rhythm, character and volume.

In a normal individual, normal pulse rate is between 65 and 85, although it tends to be higher in children and the elderly, up to 100 to 110 beats per minute. Most of the times, the pulse rate changes according to the demand. For example, during and after exercise, the rate increases in order to supply the exercising muscles with more blood and oxygen. However, those who enjoy physical activity often have a slower pulse rate. Just as their body muscles develop and enlarge, so does their heart muscles, which as an outcome, becomes better conditioned and more efficient. Consequently, the rate it which it can perform the job of pumping the blood around the body is slower than it would it can perform the job of pumping the blood around the body is slower than it would be in a less fit individual. The pulse also increases in response to nervous signals and the release of adrenaline like substances into the bloodstream, during psychological stress, excitement or emotion.

Abonormally slow pulse: There are a number of medical disorders that can slow down the pulse below the normal rate and which, as a result, may also induce palpitatons.

1) Medicaltion : Digitalis, the drug that is commonly used to control irregular heart beats, may cause slow pulse. Also, the beta-blockers, such as inderal, atenolol, commonly used for a range of disorders including high blood pressure, angina, anxiety, migraine and abnormal rhythms of the heartbeat, also slow the pulse.

2) Hypothyroidism : Low levels of thyroxine, the hormone produced by the thyroid gland, causes a pulse rate stedily bellow 60, although in a very fit person the rate could be as slow as 40 (the oher sysmptoms of hypothrodism include weight gain, constipation, mental and physical inactivilty, lethargy, thining of hair and dry skin).

3) Heart Block : If your pulse rate is below 60 and physical strain makes you feel dizzy and senseless, this suggests a heart block. (The messages transmitted by the conduction system of the heart sometimes fail to get through from their source in the upper chambers of the heart to the lower ventricular chambers. As a result, the muscles of the ventricles will not contract as often as they should.)

Abnormally fast pulse : Tea, coffe and soft drinks, all contain high levels of caffeine, which is a heart stimulant. So, drinking more than three or four caffeine containing drinks, or, for that matter, more than two or three measures of alchol daily is enough to develop a faster pulse, particullarly if the individual is a smoker, since nicotine enhances the effect.

1) Anaemia : The pulse rate significantly increases in anaemia, a conditon in which the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood is reduced. Anaemic persons look very pale, are often short of breath, particularly during and after physical work, and may suffer from angina, since the condition puts more exertion on the heart. Though the blood carries less oxygen, the body’s tissues are still in need of the same amount of oxygen. The heart, therefore, tries to make up in quantity what the blood lacks in quality, beating faster and faster to re-circulate the blood more quickly so that more of it goes to the required area.

2) Hyperthroidism : Just as an under active thyroid slows down the metabolsim, so an overactive gland, by producing excess amounts of thyroxine hormone, enhances metabloism. This results in rapid pulse. (Associated sysptoms include diarrhoea, increased appetite, weight loss, flushed, sweaty skin, and generally high energy levels. Palpitaiton is also a common sysmptom.)

3) Fever : Most infections, producing a fever, raise the pulse rate, and general rule is ten extra heartbeats per minute for each one degree Fahreheit rise in the patient’s temperature. (There are a few exceptions, notably, typhoid fever typically produces a pulse rate slower than would be excepted for the degree of the temperature)

4) Bronchodilators : Some of the bronchodilator drugs used to relax the airways of asthma sufferers can accelerate the heart rate, especially if execessive doses are taken. Drugs included are salbutamol, theophylline derivatives may have the same effect. Antispasmodic drugs such as belladona and byoscine medications, that relax the smooth muscle of the intestine, produce a rapid pulse rate.

5) Menopause: Most of the women while passing through menopause phase, may notice the hot flushing and palpitations along with rapit pulse. These are the result of circulatory changes caused by hormonal flutuations.

6) Heart ailments : For rapit pulse, heart disease is actually a rare cause. However, after excluding other general causes, the disorders of the heart valves, conduction system of the heart and heart muscle efficiency are to be considered. Usually there are other, more prominent symptoms that would alert patient and doctor to the problem, including chest pain and shortness of breath, especially when lying down, as well as dizziness, loss of consciousness and weakness or numbness in the limbs. In angina sufferes, it is common for the heart muscle to be starved of blood, resulting in chest pain and a rise pulse rate.

7) Lung diseases: In the lungs, pneumonia, with or without pleurisy, or a blood clot in one of the major veins, can produce a fast pulse, often with chest pain, fever and breathlessness as wel. With a blood clot, there will also be bloodstained phlegm.

8) Shock : Rapid and weak pulse is a general sysptom of shock, sudden, severe pain in the abdomen followed by collapse can be the first sign of a perforated peptic ulcer in the stomach or duodenum, and would certanily be associated with rapid pulse.

9) Liver & kidney disorders : Malignancies at certain sites such as liver and kidneys and inflammations of the covering layers of the heart, can increase the basel metabolic rate of the body and cause a fast pulse often inassociation with fever, jaundice and loss of weight.
