How to make my face look beautiful?

In historical period and every human culture, the people have always had their own ideal of beauty. But this ideal has never been constant and is still subject to changes. In our research project we adopted an empirical approach and created prototypes for unattractive and attractive faces for each sex by using the morphing technique. Example, the prototype for an unattractive face ("unsexy face") was created by blending together four faces that had previously been rated as very unattractive. The "sexy face" was created by blending together four of the most attractive faces, respectively.

The characteristic differences between attractive and unattractive faces, we presented pairs of one "sexy" and one "unsexy" image for both sexes to test subjects. The task was to report which facial features were perceived to be different between the two faces. For the results see the list below.

HIGH FEVER

A fever occurs when the body temperature rises above the normal average of 98.6 degrees. Fever is the bodies’ natural defense mechanism when fighting off infections. Illnesses such as colds and flu are caused by viral infections and the resulting fever is simply a sign that the immune system is working properly. Symptoms of fevers can include chills, aching muscles, red cheeks, shaking and feeling either very hot or very cold. Generally, the body will shiver when a fever is rising, and sweat when the fever is ‘breaking.’
Treatment to bring a fever down is required when temperature goes above 104 degrees. Common over the counter treatments to reduce fevers include aspirin, ibuprofen and acetaminophen. A fever that is too high can cause damage to the central nervous system, making it very important to treat high fevers in young children who are still developing. People living in rural areas cannot afford to treatment in urban areas. In rural people, home remedies or herbal remedies are the only ways of treatment.
Herbal remedies:
Bhoonimba (Andrographis Paniculata) is a herbal remedy that works for viral fevers like Typhoid, Malaria and Dengue. Extract a ½ cup of juice from the leaves of Bhoonimba. Boil it to warm and add a pinch of pepper. Take this juice twice a day, 1 hour after having food, for a week. In South Africa, people use an herb named Cancer Bush instead of this herb.
During the rainy season, when malaria and dengue fever are widely prevalent, tender leaves of Holy Basil (Tulsi), boiled with tea, act as preventive against these diseases. In case of acute fevers, a decoction of the leaves boiled with powdered cardamom in half a liter of water and mixed with sugar and milk brings down the temperature. The juice of Tulsi leaves can be used to bring down fever. Extract of Tulsi leaves in fresh water should be given every 2 to 3 hours. In between one can keep giving sips of cold water. In children, it is every effective in bringing down the temperature.
In fevers Guduchi (Tynospora Cordifolia) is used in a great variety of forms. Thus a cold infusion of Guduchi is given with honey bilious fever. A decoction1 of Guduchi or its fresh juice is given with the addition of long pepper and honey in chronic fever with cough.

JAUNDICE

Jaundice or Icterus, is yellowing of the white portion of the eyes, skin, and mucous membranes that is caused by excessive amounts of bile pigments in blood tissues. These pigments, normally present in the blood because of the breakdown of hemoglobin, are filtered through the liver and excreted in faces. The excessive accumulation of bile pigments is usually due to liver disease or hepatitis, in which case, the yellowing is referred to as Koshtaasrita kaamalaa in Ayurveda.
Saakhaasrita kaamalaa (surgical jaundice) on the other hand, refers to yellowing caused by an obstruction. Anything from gallstones to a cancerous growth can cause the blockage and surgery is often required to remove it.
There are various types of hepatitis such as haemolytic jaundice, in which there is an increased production of bile pigment because of damage to red blood cells. Antibodies created by a mismatched blood transfusion can cause damage.
Newborns can also have jaundice because of a condition known as hyperbilirubinemia. In these cases, there is a temporary defect in synthesis of the enzyme that breaks down bile to an excretal form.
Symptoms
Symptoms of hepatitis vary depending on the specific cause of illness (virus, bacteria, toxin, etc) and flu-like sysmptoms, which may include-fever, a generally tired or ill feeling, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, and muscle aches. There may be itching all over the body.
With significant liver inflammation, liver chemicals may build up in the blood and urine, causing the following symptoms; jaundice ( a yellow tint to the skin and whites of the eyes), bad breath, a bitter taste in the mouth, dark teeth, coloured urine, and light clay colured stools. There is also pain or tenderness around the liver.
Care should be taken before proceeding for home remedies. Avoid eating junk, spicy and salty foods, pastries and cool drinks. Drink sufficient water. Take fresh fruits and vegetables. Spend more time on the bed.
Home remedies:
A Jaundice Patient can choose any one of the following methods for cure.

  •             Mix one Tea spoonful of Phyllanthus Niruri (Bhoomyaamlaki) leaf / root paste with honey.  Take it daily thrice until cure.

NEEM – ONE OF THE MIRACLE TREES IN NATURE

Introduction:
Neem tree (Azadirachta Indica) is properly known as Margosa (in Sanskrit) and vernacularly as Miracle tree. This Tree is normally found everywhere in India, for the purification of air. Billions of trees exist all over India. If the seeds fallen on the ground are collected, and oil is extracted at village level workers, thousands of tons of oil will be available for Lighting the Lamps in rural area. It is the best oil for lighting. Since these are spread over a large area, collection of seeds for Biodiesel manufacture is not viable.
Home remedies with Neem :
Fresh Paste Made from Neem leaves works best for Skin diseases like Leucoderma (white patches on skin) , ringworm, dermatitis, skin itching, rashes and other problems, if applied externally to the body. In metropolitan cities, it is difficult to get fresh Neem leaves. In such cases Neem oil and Neem capsules available in the market are the only alternatives instead of Neem paste.  Neem paste applied with toothbrush to the teeth daily in the morning fights against all kinds of dental problems and works much better than common toothpaste.
Diabetes
Scientific studies show Neem leaf and certain extracts of the leaf and seed oil is effective in reducing insulin requirements.  Based on the many studies of Neem’s effect on diabetes, the Indian government approved neem-based tablets for sale by a pharmaceutical company as a treatment for diabetes.  To prepare a remedy for diabetes take 10 leaves of Basil, 10 Neem leaves and 10 belpatra leaves. Now have all these leaves with a glass of water as a first thing in the morning.
Agricultural uses:
It is in agriculture where most of the research for exploring the benefits of Neem for crop production has been done. Neem oil, Neem cake, leaves and other parts of Neem tree are being used quite extensively in the agriculture sector in different parts of world. Being an insecticide, its main uses include as soil amendment, fertilizer efficiency enhancer, very effective foliar pesticide and also in food storage.

METAL THERAPHY FOR AILMENTS

Though metals, minerals, gems and jewels are used in the Ayurvedic system of medicine since the Vedic times, it is only in the post-building period that these have been extensively used in treating various health problems. Several Buddhist saints, like Siddha Nagarjuna, have carried out research on metallic medicine.
According to Ayurvedic treatises, there are seven dhaatus (metals)-gold, silver, copper, iron, tin, lead and zinc-which are essential elements of the body. Perfect health is attributed to the state of equilibrium of these dhaatus in body tissues. Any imbalance excess or deficiency-disturbs the functioning of the body.
GOLD
Gold is present in trace amounts in blood, semen, eyes, upper layer of skin and intestines. Imbalance effects vision causes general weakness in the body, dullness of intellect, loss of imaginative power, voice and general complexion of an individual.
SILVER
Silver is present in the bone marrow, upper layer of bones, gill bladder, pancreas, inner layers of the skin, lungs, muscles, blood vessels, meninges (the membranes investing the spinal cord and brain), and septum of nose. Imbalance leads to neurological disturbances, problems related to teeth, cataract, sores and absorption from gut.
COPPER
Copper is present in the upper and inner layers of skin, mucosa of soft tissue, large glands, pupil of the eye, hair, pleura and pericardium. Imbalance causes defects in cardiovascular, central nervous and skeletal systems. Deficiency affects production of red blood cells and hair keratinisation. Imbalance causes chronic inflammatory disorders in soft tissues.
IRON
Iron is the major constituent of blood, present in the villi of the intestine, pupil, hair and in small quantity in all tissues of the body. Imbalance causes arteriosclerosis, anaemia and general debility.
LEAD
Lead is present in blood and lymphatic tissues. Imbalance causes anaemia, disturbance in gastrointestinal tract due to poor secretion of digestive juices, haemolytic anaemia and ascites.
TIN
Tin is present in every tissue. However, it is found more in abdominal muscles, blood and blood vessels, synovial membranes lining the capsule of joints, outer layer of uterus. Imbalance causes malformation in bones, diseases of reproductive tract, affects formation of urine, polyurea and increased perspiration.
ZINC
Zinc is present in blood, brain, nerve tissue and muscles. Imbalance causes problems related to nervous system like depression, anxiety, dullness of intellect, extreme forgetfulness and irritable temperament.
